Sick leave

IT · 60/75% · 365 days

Temporary Incapacity (IT): INSS pays 60% of base salary from day 4 to day 20, then 75% from day 21. Employer covers days 1-3 (Mutua often does). Max 365 days (extendable 180). Beyond: Permanent Incapacity.
