1. Scope

This policy applies to anyone visiting our site, interacting with us via forms, email, phone or attending our events or educational content.

Out of scope: internal HR processing or processing performed by our customers via the Illizeo platform is covered by other documents (DPA, TOM).

2. Site visit

When you access our sites, we automatically collect certain technical data necessary for proper functioning and security.

DataIP address, browser (type, version, extensions), OS, time zone, language, pages visited, cookies, navigation behaviour, referrer, third-party services.

8. Sub-processors

We use carefully selected technical providers, all bound by data-protection clauses (DPA), to operate our services (hosting, emailing, analytics, support, etc.).

9. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Union or Switzerland. In that case, we apply the appropriate safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Data Privacy Framework, additional measures (encryption, pseudonymisation).

10. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)

Our American providers are, where applicable, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection recognised by the European Commission.

11. Your choices

You stay in control: you can refuse cookies, unsubscribe at any time, request access to or deletion of your data. Just contact us.
