Is anonymity really guaranteed?
Yes, technically and legally. No link is stored between the response and the respondent’s identity. A minimum cohort threshold (default 5, configurable) prevents re-identification of a person by cross-referencing (e.g. only male in a team). An independent third-party audit can be commissioned to reassure works councils.
What is the Illizeo Engagement Framework?
The Illizeo Engagement Framework is a proprietary scientific framework, designed on the basis of international HR best practices and work psychology research. It bundles 207 calibrated questions across 52 themes (trust, recognition, purpose, manager, workload, prospects…) that produce a scientifically validated engagement score. The library is updated yearly by our HR science team.
How are lifecycle surveys triggered?
Lifecycle surveys (onboarding 30/60/90, exit, return from long leave, etc.) are triggered automatically from HR events in Illizeo: hire date + 30 days, notice + 0, parental return, etc. The employee receives the invitation at the right time, with no manual HR intervention.
How does the department heatmap work?
The heatmap crosses departments (rows) with themes (columns) and displays the score per cell, colored from red (1) to green (5). You spot at a glance which department is doing well on which theme and which one needs action. Click a cell to see detailed questions and associated comments.
Can AI really theme hundreds of comments?
Yes. On 425 free comments, Claude AI groups them into 8 main themes with representative verbatims and associated sentiment (positive, negative, neutral). HR validates or adjusts proposed themes. 30 seconds instead of 3 days of manual reading.
