# Why a report does not appear

The system report catalogue is not the same for everyone. Four reports depend on a module: if that module is not active for you, the report appears neither in the grid nor in the widget analysis picker. This is not a malfunction.

## The gated reports

| Absence Rate | Absence management |
| Expenses | Expenses |

The other ten reports draw on employee-file and payroll data, and are therefore available unconditionally.

## How to check

1. Look at the **counter** at the top of the System reports page. If it reads 10 rather than 14, four reports are hidden for want of a module.
2. Check your list of active modules. Activating a module brings its report back with no further action.
3. If the report is visible but empty, that is a different matter: the selected period or filters return no data.

## Good to know

*Until the module list is known, Illizeo hides nothing: the four reports may appear for a fraction of a second on load before being removed. This is deliberate — hiding then re-showing them would read as a glitch.*
