## Step-by-step

1. ### Define the base rhythm

   *Time → Schedules*. Pick: fixed 35h, 39h, modulation, day-rate, 2-shift, 3-shift.
2. ### Enter slots

   Start/end times per day, breaks, minimum rest between two shifts.
3. ### Define the cycle

   Simple week, A/B alternation, 4-week cycle, seasonal schedule (summer/winter).
4. ### Assign to people

   By team, individual or via a rule (per contract). Effective from a given date.
5. ### Distribute

   The schedule shows on mobile and portal. A notification fires on changes.
