# Configure an interactive office floor plan

## Step-by-step

1. ### Import the plan

   Upload a PDF or SVG of each floor. Illizeo calibrates it automatically.
2. ### Place resources

   Drag & drop desks, rooms, parking spots, lockers. Each resource has a type, capacity, equipment.
3. ### Set rules

   Assigned vs hot desks, reserved zones (R&D, executives), booking window (D-X), max duration.
4. ### Enable booking

   Employees see the plan and book from web or mobile. Email + calendar confirmation.
5. ### Measure occupancy

   The dashboard shows occupancy rate per day, per zone. Optimise leased sqm.
